How are we feeling??!?!?!

Tired, achy back, finally getting over this nasty dry hacking cough I’ve had for about a week…. But, overall excited. lol. I’m having to sleep sitting up so that I can breathe, and by sleep I mean stay up most of the night and doze because I can’t really sleep.

What’s going on with the bump?!?!
These babies are getting stronger and stronger… which is really cute, but I’m curious as to how strong (read: painful) they will get before the evacuate my personal space.
Laying on my side to sleep isn’t exactly comfy because baby on the left (Baby A) will lodge itself in my ribs. And, for some reason baby on the right (Baby B) snuggles so close to A I’m completely weighed down. No bueno. No fun. Laying on my right is my best option but again, sleeping sitting up enables me to breathe so….. breathing trumps comfort.

So, how are you feeling?!
Like a duck. By the time I get home, I’m in full waddle mode. And, I’m constantly eating. I’ve never eaten so much in my life. I’m still looking forward to the cravings. Haven’t had a weird craving yet. So, I almost feel as if I’ve been gypped. But, I’m loving these baby kicks. They alternate which I think is super cute!

(belly sits in my lap and bumps kids in the head as we walk down aisles. oops. We always apologize!)

Anything else?
I get to see my sweet girls on Friday…. feels like It’s been FOREVER, but it’s only been four weeks. Four very long weeks……. I’m most curious if we’ll be able to see their hair and how much they weigh. Last visit, they weighed two ounces more than they “should” at 20 weeks so I’m hoping they stay ahead of the curve!!

From mommy….
You girls are worth every minute of heartache…. you’re worth every backache and morning sickness experience… you’re worth every single pound, missed drink, and unmedicated cough.
I can’t wait to snuggle you, cover you in kisses, and obsessively watch your chests rise and fall every time you nap.

While hoping we meet no sooner than thirteen weeks from now, I’d like for you to stay put as long as possible. Keeping each other company, growing nice and strong, and fattening up!! See you soon, ladies!
