… beautiful spaces

One of lessons I’ve learned in life is that you should surround yourself with beauty.

So! For me, that translates to making your spaces beautiful! It should be beautiful & personalized. It takes time, effort, & a bit of creativity but it’s well worth it in the end!

When thinking of decorating Holland’s room, I wanted to make her space comfortable, pretty, girly, yet functional.

Her base colors are neural that will serve as a great backsplash for any accent colors we decide to use in the future!

I decided on grey & yellow with an accent of pink!

Today, Daddy T & I hung a letter I painted & little crown hooks I snagged from my favorite place Hobby Lobby!

The crowns reminded me of the child God has entrusted to us for only a little bit- one of his Princesses, someone He is knitting so carefully in her birth mama’s womb. So, they’re pretty special!! I HAD to have them!!

All in all, I think her wall turned out SUPER cute!

Her backpack is from Peek & will be monogrammed with her monogram soon!

This is the first thing you see walking into her room…. You’ll notice her door on the right. I’ve peeked in a few times and I can’t help but smile and imagine what it will be like going in her room to greet her every morning & putting her down every night.

… here’s to creating beautiful spaces for precious moments for the sweetest little girl!
